Against ranked-choice-balloting & on-line voting. For making sure that only U.S. citizens in the proper jurisdictions can vote, and making frequent and proper tests of election machinery if implementing 'hand counts only' of ballots proves to be a political/budgetary obstacle, but 'hand counts only' are the goal, at least for the secondary goal of random and frequent auditing of machine counts.
